Do I need to download an app?
No, our platform works on any smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access. Just log in and start your consultation.
How long does a virtual visit take?
Most appointments last 15-20 minutes, depending on the complexity of your condition.
Insurance & Payment
Do you accept insurance?
Currently, we accept Medicare, Medicaid (UHC Community & BlueCare), BCBS Commercial and Alliant Health Plans. We also offer cash pay & HSA/FSA. We are working to get credentialed with other insurance companies and will be updating as we are approved.
We can send you a super-bill for *possible* reimbursement by your insurance company.
How much does a telemedicine visit cost?
$50 + $2 (processing fee) Same-Day Flat Fee Per Telehealth Visit
