• Tortious Interference: Intentional acts designed to disrupt our business relationships, contracts, or service offerings.

• Digital Harassment: The use of pseudonymous 'puppet' accounts, spoofing, or automated systems (e.g., unauthorized list subscriptions) to interfere with our operations.
   

Documentation & Enforcement: Please be advised that TPH employs systematic digital auditing. All instances of the aforementioned conduct - including metadata, IP signatures, and temporal patterns - are documented for the potential of future legal action, if necessary.
