Treatment

How online UTI treatment works

Uncomplicated UTIs are among the most common conditions treated by telehealth. Your provider reviews your symptoms and health history by secure video and builds a treatment plan around you.

  • A licensed Tennessee provider reviews your symptoms and history
  • Your provider decides whether testing is needed and recommends treatment
  • If testing is needed, we can send urine test orders to Labcorp, Quest, or other local labs. Affordable self-pay urine testing may also be available
  • 48–72 hour follow-up care is included with your visit

Billed self-pay

$52 is our same-day discount: pay on the day of your visit and that flat rate is all you pay. If you choose to be billed instead of using the same-day discount, the visit is billed at $150, never both. Includes 48–72 hour follow-up care. HSA/FSA and most major insurance plans accepted.

Know when to go in

When in-person care is the safer choice

For emergencies, call 911. If you have severe or urgent symptoms that may need in-person care, go to your local urgent care or emergency department. Examples include:

  • Fever or chills
  • Pain in your back or side (flank pain)
  • Vomiting
  • No improvement within about 48 hours
  • Other symptoms concerning for a kidney infection or complicated infection

These are examples, not a complete list. If your provider determines that telehealth isn't the right level of care for your symptoms and sends you for in-person evaluation, you won't be charged for the TPH visit.
