Treatment

How online sinus care works

Most sinus infections start with a virus and improve on their own. Symptoms lasting 10 days or longer, or symptoms that get better and then suddenly worsen, can sometimes point to a bacterial infection.

  • Your provider looks at how long you've been sick and how your symptoms have changed
  • Relief-focused care for viral sinusitis, so you can breathe and sleep
  • Not all sinus infections need antibiotics. Your provider recommends the treatment that makes sense for your case
  • 48–72 hour follow-up care is included with your visit

Billed self-pay

$52 is our same-day discount: pay on the day of your visit and that flat rate is all you pay. If you choose to be billed instead of using the same-day discount, the visit is billed at $150, never both. Includes 48–72 hour follow-up care. HSA/FSA and most major insurance plans accepted.

Know when to go in

When in-person care is the safer choice

For emergencies, call 911. If you have severe or urgent symptoms that may need in-person care, go to your local urgent care or emergency department. Examples include:

  • Swelling or redness around your eyes
  • Changes in your vision
  • A severe headache unlike your usual ones
  • A stiff neck
  • Confusion or unusual drowsiness
  • A significant fever
  • No improvement despite treatment

These are examples, not a complete list. If your provider determines that telehealth isn't the right level of care for your symptoms and sends you for in-person evaluation, you won't be charged for the TPH visit.
