Rash & Skin Treatment Online in Tennessee

Many common rashes and skin concerns can be evaluated by video. Your provider can take a look, talk through your symptoms, and let you know if an in-person exam would be better.

Treatment

How online skin care works

Your provider looks at the affected skin directly on video, asks the questions that narrow down the cause, and treats what they find, or tells you plainly when it needs hands-on care.

  • A licensed Tennessee provider examines your skin by video
  • Prescription creams, antihistamines, and other medications when appropriate
  • Guidance on identifying and avoiding triggers for recurring issues
  • A clear referral path when something needs in-person or specialist evaluation

Billed self-pay

$52 is our same-day discount: pay on the day of your visit and that flat rate is all you pay. If you choose to be billed instead of using the same-day discount, the visit is billed at $150, never both. Includes 48–72 hour follow-up care. HSA/FSA and most major insurance plans accepted.

Know when to go in

When in-person care is the safer choice

For emergencies, call 911. If you have severe or urgent symptoms that may need in-person care, go to your local urgent care or emergency department. Examples include:

  • A rash that spreads rapidly or covers a large area of your body
  • Fever with a rash
  • Blistering, peeling, or open sores
  • Red streaks spreading from the area, or warmth and swelling that's getting worse
  • Facial swelling or trouble breathing: call 911 right away
  • A rash in an infant under three months

These are examples, not a complete list. If your provider determines that telehealth isn't the right level of care for your symptoms and sends you for in-person evaluation, you won't be charged for the TPH visit.
