Treatment

How online refills work

Running out of a maintenance medication is a real health risk, not an inconvenience. A short telehealth visit gives your provider a chance to review your medication history and decide whether a temporary refill is appropriate.

  • Refills sent electronically to your pharmacy when appropriate
  • Tennessee Premier Health does not prescribe or refill controlled substances through this service
  • Guidance on labs or follow-up some medications need, and help planning longer-term care

Billed self-pay

$52 is our same-day discount: pay on the day of your visit and that flat rate is all you pay. If you choose to be billed instead of using the same-day discount, the visit is billed at $150, never both. Includes 48–72 hour follow-up care. HSA/FSA and most major insurance plans accepted.

Know when to go in

When in-person care is the safer choice

For emergencies, call 911. If you have severe or urgent symptoms that may need in-person care, go to your local urgent care or emergency department. Examples include:

  • Your medication requires regular lab monitoring that's overdue
  • You're having new side effects or symptoms on a current medication
  • Your condition has changed since the medication was first prescribed
  • You need a controlled substance refill, which requires an in-person prescriber

These are examples, not a complete list. If your provider determines that telehealth isn't the right level of care for your symptoms and sends you for in-person evaluation, you won't be charged for the TPH visit.
