Same-day self-pay

Billed self-pay

$52 is our same-day discount: pay on the day of your visit and that flat rate is all you pay. If you choose to be billed instead of using the same-day discount, the visit is billed at $150, never both. Includes 48–72 hour follow-up care. HSA/FSA and most major insurance plans accepted.

Know when to go in

When in-person care is the safer choice

For emergencies, call 911. If you have severe or urgent symptoms that may need in-person care, go to your local urgent care or emergency department. Examples include:

  • Any swelling of the face, lips, or tongue: call 911
  • Trouble breathing or wheezing: call 911
  • Dizziness or fainting after an exposure: call 911
  • Asthma symptoms that are getting harder to control
  • Suspected new food or medication allergy

These are examples, not a complete list. If your provider determines that telehealth isn't the right level of care for your symptoms and sends you for in-person evaluation, you won't be charged for the TPH visit.
